Cellular Experts was founded in 2006 with our first location in Cambridge, MN, and began to expand quickly with the addition of Satellite Experts, and now four additional locations. Our company was founded on the principles of providing superior customer service, developing a highly trained and knowledgeable sales staff, and offering cutting-edge technology to our customers.

 

We continue to strive towards excellence, and look for additional ways to provide value to our customers. Our Select VIP Rewards Program, device trade-in program, device service & repairs, and our partnership with ProtectCell are just a few examples of areas that we have expanded to provide more value for our customers.

 

We have partnered with industry leaders in technology, such as Verizon and Dish Network. We have quickly become one of the leading retailers in the state of Minnesota for Dish Network. We continue to look for industry-leading technology solutions for our customers.

 

Our goal is to be continually improving and building upon the principles that have made Cellular Experts a success. In 2011, Cellular Experts was proud to accept a national sales and service award from Protect Cell. Cellular Experts was also named “Top Store in Customer NPS (Customer Service)” out of all the Verizon Wireless dealers in the five state area for the second quarter of 2011. We look to build upon this success in the future.
